Version 2026-10-30. How YesAgain uses the details you give us on YesAgain Trade Auctions.

What we collect

• Account details: company, contact name, email, WhatsApp number, country, trade licence and VAT number.
• Activity: bids, purchases, offers, invoices and payments.
• Your messaging choices, with the date, time and device they were made on — as proof of your consent.
• Technical data needed to keep you signed in and the site secure.

Why

• To check that you are a business and approve your account.
• To run auctions and sales: bidding, invoices, alerts about lots you bid on or bought, collection and delivery.
• To meet legal and tax duties, such as keeping invoices.
• To send you new auctions and stock by email or WhatsApp — only if you opted in.

Marketing and how to stop it

Marketing is off unless you tick it. You can switch email or WhatsApp marketing off at any time in Preferences, with the unsubscribe link in any email, or by replying STOP on WhatsApp. Once you opt out we don't message you on that channel again.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run the platform for us — hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase), email delivery, and WhatsApp Business messaging (Meta) — and authorities where the law requires it. We never sell your data, and other traders never see your identity, bids or offers.

How long we keep it

Your account details are kept while your account is open. Invoices and sale records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Consent records are kept as proof for as long as we might need to show it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, under the UAE data protection law and, for traders in the EU or UK, the GDPR. Write to traders@yesagain.com. Some records (such as invoices) we must keep by law.
